Today

I ran 4.5 miles on Monday and 6 miles today. Both great runs. There were 6 geese in a field close to the road that I passed this morning while running. I have seen ducks a few times, but never the geese this close up...usually they are flying up above me. The coolness and sunshine have made for some great running days!

    Kim, sounds like the runs are going well. Are you looking at any races this year? I think even if we move I will make the drive to do either the Tulsa Run or the Route 66 half marathon(maybe both) I don't think a full marathon is in my future this year with the possibility of a move and adjusting to Houston's heat and humidity. So glad you are back on track with your running!
